If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Policy For Live Parrot Eggs:
There is a 48-hour return policy on all Parrot Eggs from the day you receive the delivery. You may only return eggs if they are faulty or from the wrong shipment in order to receive a full refund. The Buyer is responsible for paying for a return label. Prior to shipping eggs back to Fertilized Parrot Eggs For Sale: Wholesale Store Ltd., a photo of the eggs in the box is needed to assure that the eggs are intact, in good health, and in the box. The bird must arrive alive to receive a full refund for the returned bird.
Prior to shipping out the eggs you ordered, you will receive an email picture of those eggs 24hr prior to shipment to approve the birds to avoid any possible dispute of dis-liking of the eggs.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
REFUND POLICY ON LIVE BIRDS:
Fertilized Parrot Eggs For Sale: Wholesale Store Ltd. is not responsible for refunding any sales or money of eggs that may have been lost or damaged by the delivery company. At the time of picking your order from the post office, airline, or designated pickup location, we highly recommend at the time to inspect the shipping box to check if the eggs are in the box, and if the box is damaged while in transport. At that point, please notify the agent who is at the desk.
In order to receive a full refund from a damaged egg at the time of arrival, you MUST PROVIDE A PHOTO PICTURE OF THE EGG. No Picture, No Refund!
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
